Finished not Frogged :)

Am I am so glad I did not frog it.  Instead, I bought one additional skein on the yarn and made the bag as long as it is wide 🙂

Now It has 4 extra large beach towels and has tones of room to spare.  This bag is going to be AWESOME for going out on the boat.

I also have started on bag #2, this one I made less wide and ignore the basketweave stitch in the round and went with the mesh all they way around.  Loving it so far.IMG_20130705_111637_984

Heading out to the island this afternoon.  Hope there is no more flooding….but more on that later!

Nice bag and it should come in handy. I don’t have much stash but I have also resolved not to buy unless I am about to begin a project (knitting or sewing). When I have too much I feel pressured to use it all up, and that takes the joy away for me.

Super beautiful bag. So happy you did not frog. I love the cream coloured bad, am seriously thinking of making one myself for all the stuff I carry to the office every day!

The first bag has gotten HUGE…it just keeps expanding. The cream on has done much better, but I used fewer stitches per row than the pattern calls for (I cast on 50 stitches instead of 76). It is a really nice pattern though!!!
